My father arrived at North Fulton Hospital by ambulance after a horrendous fall. He had head injuries and a broken hip, which was operated on. Meredith exhibited exceptional compassion in taking care of my father. She always found time to answer our questions, guided us patiently. She was like a lighthouse beacon in what was a very dark, difficult time. The patience she showed with dad, who could be quite difficult at times, as also exceptional. A hug at the end, as we left for dad's 12 hour stay at hospice, was further proof that Meredith is an incredible person as well as a nurse. Dad passed away at 5:00am at hospice.
