Meredith Rubocki, RN

As a founding Rescue team member on the night shift, Meredith has been a resource for new nurses from the ED to the inpatient units. She continually advocates for patients and nurses, lending her voice to provide her input, expertise, and recommendations. She truly cares about the team and patients, which is evident in her daily care. Meredith loves learning. She is your go-to for any questions regarding policies and procedures; we don’t know anyone else who, in their spare time, avidly reads PolicyTech and can accurately reference specific policies! She also takes the time to recognize others when they do an outstanding job. She has a contagious laugh and truly a big heart. She is the backbone of the night shift, helping mold and care for the next generation of nurses. We’re so grateful to have her leadership overnight. It’s always a good night when Meredith is here!
