Our mother suffered fractures to her collar bone and sacrum from a fall. She was hospitalized at Swedish Edmonds and was admitted to 5W. There was a very caring nurse who provided her with excellent care. Meredith showed a very kind and caring attitude from the time our mother was admitted until the day she was discharged.
