Meri Brown, LPN

Meri Brown deserves recognition for her outstanding performances everyday. Meri goes above and beyond to make sure that all residents have the best possible care no matter the cost on her. She will also go out of her way to help any staff around her. She stays on top of every thing in our memory care and is the glue that holds us together when she is on shift. Memory care is the best it can be with her here. I am a CNA and Meri has helped me with the residents without question. she always asks if I need help or if there is anything she can do to make my job lighter when hers is heavy enough. For example, I was giving some one a shower and getting them ready for the day and she came to check and make sure everything was going okay instead of having the "that's your job" mindset. I know that when Meri is the nurse on the floor that the residents, along with myself and any family members around will be safe, informed and happy.
