My first time seeing my husband's Nurse, Merian Mendoza was pleasant, comfortable, compassionate and went above and beyond to assure me that everyone is there to help the patient and his visitors. Merian instantly saw I was scared and a mess. She was helpful in explaining everything to my husband and to my family. Very positive and very courteous. Instantly I knew my husband is in good hands. On her days she is not assigned to us, Merian still shows empathy and compassion.
