Meriem always listens to everything I say and takes care of me as if I am a member of her family. Every time, or almost every day, I complain to her about pain or any discomfort, she listens to me, and she never gets upset, irritated, or angry. On the contrary, she takes care of me and always consoles me and reminds me to be patient. She is always smiling, full of positive energy, polite, well-mannered, and respectful.
