When I met Nurse Merin yesterday she walked in with a big smile. She greeted me by name, she was very polite and respectful, most importantly she was very caring and nurturing. When she started to evaluate my health status she questioned a series of events that made me emotional because I remembered my surgeries, especially my colon. When I started crying she immediately asked me to stop crying and to put all my trust in God that he is above all, she held my hands and prayed with me, I immediately felt better and she assured me that Kaiser will not give up on me why am I giving up on myself? This was the most beautiful experience I ever had in a hospital. I will never forget that special moment. I am so glad that I crossed paths with her, there is a part of me that is changed forever. Thanks to Nurse Merin.
