Merlin San Diego, RN

I think Merlin is one of the greatest nurses I've had over my years. He was so upbeat and positive daily. This attitude is contagious to all around him. He always sanitized and followed consistent sterile protocol. I was impressed to say the least. He was very thorough and meticulous with all his duties, especially my evaluations and medications. I observed Merlin being a great team player. Other co-workers would ask him for help and he would help after he took care of the current patient. He was always happy to help. He tried to make me feel comfortable with ice packs, ice water, etc. He took extra time to notify the doctor with concerns. As well as documenting everything. Merlin was training an intern/extern on the two days that I was there and was very kind and respectful to her and helped when needed. Merlin’s unwavering dedication and performance makes him very respected by other nurses and doctors. They all notice his nursing ethics. The night I was at my worst, he stayed to help the next shift nurse take care of some of my immediate needs that could not be postponed. Great job Merlin!
