Merlina Gloria, RN
Merlina exemplifies the nursing vision and excellent compassionate care for a particular Member. The Member called to convey his concern with respect to pain after a long, arduous treatment plan, and Merlina provided compassionate care in such a way the Member requested to speak to her Manager. During the conversation the Member had with the Manager, the Member became emotional with gratitude to the point of inability to speak conveying his appreciation for professional and compassionate care. This speaks volumes to our Nursing Vision excellence. Thank you, Merlina!
