It is true that actions speak louder than words. Merrill Fraser is relentless when it comes to helping others. She is dedicated to Emory Healthcare and she puts her heart and soul into profession. Last week, Merrill came into work while being on a 3 day vacation to help me at EUH, since my two partners were out. One was out of the country and the other unfortunately had food poisoning. Merrill heard that I was working alone and without any hesitation, she came in to help. EUH's WOC census was high the entire week but Merrill stayed late every night until all the patients were seen. She is an extraordinary person that needs recognition although she is asking for none.
