Her kindness and patience made it easy to be her patient. She treated me like I was her only and most important patient. She asked questions and listened to my responses. When I had concerns, she HEARD me. She never made me feel like I was something she had to do. She treated me like I was a family member that she is taking care of. She is the definition of what I believe a nurse should be. She helped me to understand what I didn’t know and clarified what confused me. She truly promoted my well-being.
