Mia was amazing to my father during his stay. She was so kind. The empathy she showed him and the way she talked to him and calmed his nerves was great. She was respectful to him and my mother. She really took the time to listen. She was very professional and provided excellent care. She treated my father like he was her only patient, even when she had many others. I highly recommend her for this honor.
