Mia lifted a lot of worry off of my shoulders and literally just made me feel so much better and positive.
My baby has been in the ICU since birth due to having open heart surgery for his single ventricle. Mia has been A’s nurse a couple of times since he’s been here and has always been so. Yesterday Mia was my son’s nurse again. I had been feeling sad and finally broke down crying today. She asked me what was wrong and I explained to her how basically I was scared to take my baby home because I was scared I wasn’t going to be able to take care of him due to all his care also expressed my concern for other things he’s been struggling with. She came over to me and comforted me as much as she could. She told me how capable she thought I was of taking good care of my baby and that I would do great. She also made me feel better about one specific thing he’s been struggling with. She lifted a lot of worry off of my shoulders and literally just made me feel so much better and positive. She’s always been so helpful caring and informative. She’s also so great with my baby he loves her! I’m thankful for the talk she had with me today to ease my mind she has no idea how much of an impact just that 10-minute talk had on me. I’ve enjoyed having her take care of my baby and wish her all the best in her future! Thank you so much Mia.
