I brought my wife into the ER. She was scared, miserable, and worn out. The ER was full. Every room had a patient. The staff was moving fast, at the kind of pace where you expect to be just a number. Mia Fiandaca never made us feel like one. She took her time and walked us through everything that she was doing and never once looked like she had somewhere else to be. She did, obviously, but didn't show that to us. Mia kept checking in on us throughout the visit. What stood out most was how she handled my wife. My wife's comfort was a priority to her. Mia was very busy with lots of patients and still gave us the kind of presence that makes a sick person feel like a person again! Thank you!
