Mia is the most exceptional outstanding #1 nurse I have ever met and (Being a nurse for 45+ years I've been around tons of nurses). She has helped me with so many things, even though she's extremely busy. She has never forgotten to help me. If she is busy, she has always sent someone to help me. I have watched Mia handle a Code Blue since she caught the patient that was falling. That patient lived, I believe it was due to Mia's expert knowledge in handling a Code Blue. Mia is professional, friendly, empathetic, kind, and polite to everyone. Mia never asks anyone to do anything that she wouldn't do herself. The best way to describe Mia is "On a scale of 1-10", Mia is a 20+. It's amazing how knowledgeable she is. It takes a lot for me to trust a nurse or doctor, but I do trust Mia with my life! Many things and much advice I've received from Mia will affect the rest of my life in a very positive way! I will never forget her, and in times of stress, I will remember and act on the positive things that I have learned from Mia.
