My mother recently had her gallbladder removed and her birthday was the day after her surgery. When she got back from surgery and was getting ready to be discharged home; Mia came into the room carrying a small birthday cake and sang happy birthday to my mom. My mom smiled from ear to ear. She was so impressed that Mia would do something special for her. By doing that little extra and going above and beyond my mother had the best experience she has ever had at Genesis. When my mom was discharged, Mia called the valet parking and had them bring Mom and Dad's van around to the discharge door. Mia went above and beyond, she truly portrays the Genesis Mission statement. Thank you, Mia, you are great.
