Mica Saunders, RN

Mica knew how much I am claustrophobic and the doctors had to put a line in my neck which needed a plastic sheet over my face. Mica sat on the floor next to me for half an hour so she could hold my hand and keep the sheet away from my face and support me (even though she needed the loo she didn’t leave!). She also came to CT with me as she knew I was worried. She has gone above and beyond for me to make me feel safe and cared for. Mica stands out to me as exceptional.
