Micah was kind and compassionate and helped us through the hardest decision our family ever had to make.
Our father entered the ICU on December 23. He was in the ICU until he passed away on January 2. We had a wonderful nurse for the majority of the time, but she had to leave, and another ICU nurse began his shift. We were so worried that Daddy would not get the care or love he had received from our previous nurse. We could not have been more wrong.
Micah was kind and compassionate and helped us through the hardest decision our family ever had to make. He stayed with us during the last day and gave us the space we needed to say our final goodbyes. As we left the hospital after Daddy passed away, he assured us he would treat our father with the dignity he deserved. I cannot speak more highly of the care Daddy received from his two day-nurses and thank God they were with us during this difficult time.
