Micah Rodenhaber is a remarkable nurse and our organization is lucky to have her. She is dedicated and here for the right reasons. You can tell she cares about her patients, her colleagues, and the organization's mission. Nothing phases her and she takes things in stride always with a smile on her face. Her commitment to her department is admirable. I recently saw her in the middle of a code, and she remained calm even under such pressure. Excellent doesn't even begin to describe this nurse. The future holds great things for her.
