The nurse who always leaves an impression is the one who introduces themselves to you with a smile and makes you and your child comfortable from the first point of contact. We brought my son into hospital feeling very anxious and she approach made us feel it was all going to be ok. I wish we could clone her. My son was in hospital for 3 nights and we had her for 2 nights. We missed her when she was off but very delighted to have her with us on the day he was discharged. My son even asked her to come home with us. Al Jalila is very blessed to have her on their team of staff. She is an asset and a blessing to families with sick children. She has a glowing personality and is professional. She kept us well-informed and alleviated our stress. She does it so easily.
