Micari went above and beyond to make my dad feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for. She was always giving us updates on procedures, how his vitals were trending, and most importantly my dad said he felt like she truly cared about him. All of his nurses were great, but something just stood out with Micari. She was even kind and helpful to me as his visitor.

We wanted to bring her with us when he was transported to a new hospital. She really took the time to monitor his wrist after an angiogram and seemed like she was truly concerned and cared about every detail with his care. She was only his nurse for 2 days but when we left, we were a little sad. She felt like family even though she was only his nurse for a short while.
