Michael cared for me like no other nurse I have ever encountered. He went above and beyond his duties as a nurse. His care was a breath of fresh air in one of the darkest, most painful times in my life. We had an amazing conversation and he knew exactly what I was feeling. I never had to tell him anything, he just knew what to do to make my stay as comfortable as possible. This man is an angel and deserves the DAISY Award without a doubt. I have so much respect for Michael.
