Michael is kind, and compassionate and ensures each patient is looked after; individually planning their care and taking into account cultural and ethical sensitivities. Michael once had a patient who was too embarrassed to ask for help. Once he got them to open up, he immediately created a treatment plan with resources and referrals to ensure continuity of care was established and maintained.
