Michael Bartsch 2, RN

I was brought to IR for my kidney biopsy during my admission to Glenbrook. I was anxious and scared of the things that was happening, as I’m really not good with needles or medical exams. Knowing that I would be going for Renal biopsy even made me anxious the night before. But Michael RN made it all amazing for me. I’ve never seen a nurse who has extreme compassion. The moment he stepped in the prep/recovery area, he saw me crying and from then on he made me calm, gave me realistic reassurances, made me smile and he was also the one who assisted the doctor in the procedure. He made sure I was comfortable, relaxed and safe. He was very professional in what he does but what’s important is he has empathy to his patients. To Michael RN, keep it up I know you will make a huge difference to other patients may God continue to bless and guide you with your amazing skills!
