I've been working here as an EVS employee, and I've observed this guy in action in several areas, and he's always the same—he's always professional, yet fast and efficient. He is always friendly and polite. No matter how the patients are looking or acting, he remains humble.

We had a guy who was quite smelly and acting crazy trying to urinate in the water fountain and Mike handled the situation perfectly. He de-escalated the situation in a manner so as to not to cause a big scene. The homeless people— he treats them with dignity and respect. He has gotten the ER hallway full of patients cleared in a timely manner by multi-tasking. He is just on the ball, and we need more like him!
