I would like to recognize this nurse for the wonderful follow up he does with the patients he sees. Michael is new to Fidelity. He recently saw a patient who had her purse stolen with all her medications. She had a 10 lb weight gain at his visit. The pharmacy would not refill and she was in between physicians. He advised her to make a police report. She did but unfortunately she was arrested due to outstanding warrant. He then contacted the Jail medical staff and they needed a doc to order meds. He called and got the clinic to agree to call the jail to help. She was restarted on her meds in Jail and was being monitored for her CHF, Hypertension and anxiety. He made other calls as well following this case to family.
