Michael was very organized and prompt with all my needs. Did a great and successful job on placing the IV down on my wrist so I could function better in my room. Very friendly and caring.

Very kind compassionate. Michael took the time to explain things to me and seemed interested in getting to know me as a patient and a person. Very calm and soothing, easy going. Definitely a role model and leader.
