Michael is a wonderful, genuine, and compassionate team member on 5W Telemetry. It is not uncommon for Michael's patients to comment on his compassion and attention to detail. He is wonderful to work with and his peers and charge nurses praise him for his resourcefulness and the fact that he goes out of his way for others-not only his patients but his fellow peers as well. Michael comes to work every night with a smile on his face, his attitude is what brings other people up and it's quite contagious. He doesn't come in to work expecting to care for his patient assignment only, but he makes himself available to all patients who are in need. We are so proud of Michael!
