Michael Coulter in the Cath Lab was such an amazing nurse. He came out and explained everything in detail (in laymen's terms) to us. He was very reassuring that our loved one was in great hands and that everything was going to be ok. After the procedure, the doctor came out and talked to us and he was wonderful as well.
Michael came out to get us to take us back there to see him. Again, he explained everything they did to him. He even brought over a stent to show us what it looked like. He made his job look so effortless as he was tending to our loved one and explaining everything to him and our family. He made us feel like we were the only patient here, and I know we were not by a long shot! He went above and beyond and should be recognized. He is an excellent example of what nursing is all about!
