During my stay on ward 3D I had the time to interact with several care providers. Michael stood out because of his eagerness to strive for excellence. I had the pleasure to receive his care while being admitted during a very painful event. He wanted to be sure that I was comfortable and felt heard and that all my needs were met. He was very sweet and deserves this award and honor.
