I was in pain (chronic),numb, and afraid of my next steps. Mike not only took the time to give me beneficial advice but I felt like he cared and loved me like family. Mike really listened to my issues and gave me better insight from a health professional's view. He made me laugh in pain; he constantly aided my side, always a name call away. I felt like I was his only patient. You can't train someone to love or to care. He treated me like family even though we are different.
