Michael Diagon, RN

I am a float nurse. As you can guess, floating can be difficult sometimes when you are unfamiliar with the staff, but Michael didn’t hesitate to help me. He kept checking in with me to make sure I was okay and if I needed anything. I had two admissions come to the floor at the same time and I didn’t even have to ask for help. He jumped into action and got one of the admissions set up and done. He anticipated my needs and the needs of my patient so there were no delays in the care. He is so incredibly kind and patient with staff members and patients. I think he exemplified everything that being a daisy award winner is about.
