During the recent pandemic when there was an influx of patients, Michael demonstrated extraordinary skills as a team leader. He is calm and composed in any stressful situation, does not panic or lose his temper easily, and stays focused on completing all the tasks he is held responsible for. He ensures that his patients receive care on time and makes sure that nursing care is not compromised. He is humble, assertive, and also proactively helps his colleagues and co-workers.
