Thank you, Mike! From the moment Michael Emerman entered my room his positive demeanor was infectious. I was in a physical and emotional low. Michael's perception picked up on that and instantly brought me to ease with just his kind and understanding words. From then on, I knew he was looking out for my comfort and wellbeing. I had frustrations simply not understanding certain situations, which he again was able to simply perceive and made my experience top-notch. I am happy to be released but sad to walk away from his presence. Truly a one-of-a-kind person. I cannot fully express my gratitude.
