Michael Fabian, in his role as Patient Flow Coordinator/Liaison for DMC, has demonstrated the ability to remain calm and level-headed in stressful situations with a keen eye for unit safety, balanced with the needs of patients and patients families. He was proactive in averting a potentially violent situation when some family members showed signs of apprehension. He demonstrated his skills as "computer guru" as the unit transitioned to the Cerner system working tirelessly with the Cerner team to train DMC staff. Michael exemplifies excellence in the PFC/Liaison role.
