Michael was such an outstanding nurse. He explained everything and took great care of our son and us. We've never had a nurse like him. He is the best.

We can't thank Michael enough for the exceptional care he gave to our mom while she was in the neuro ICU. He kept us updated on her condition every step of the way. He took the time to explain things and always offered additional information. Many hands played a role in saving our mom's life and Michael played a huge part. He treated our mom with respect, compassion, and dignity. He is a huge asset to your organization. In addition to taking care of our mom, he knew we were in for a long night and provided us with all the information we needed for places to eat, sleep, and park. When Mom was transferred down the hall, he even stepped in to say goodbye. Thank you Michael for all you do!

Michael was 100% committed to making sure my mom was as comfortable as she could possibly be. He explained what was happening in terms we could understand. He praised the doctor's skills and made us all confident that she was in great hands. He provided us with information on hotels, restaurants, and shuttle service and made us feel comfortable enough to leave and rest while her procedure was happening.

Michael is by far one of the best nurses that I have dealt with or witnessed. He went above and beyond when it came to my father and taking care of him. He has amazing bedside manner. He went into very detailed explanations when it came down to telling me and my family what was going on. He knows how to take care of his patients and makes everyone feel comfortable. He is humorous and also very professional. He is one of the best, that's for sure.
