Michael Griffiths, RN
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Michael Griffiths for the exceptional care and compassion he provided to my grandmother during her stay in the ICU and for the support he extended to me, her granddaughter, as well.
No matter how much assistance either of us needed, he remained calm, patient, and reassuring—never making us feel like a burden, but instead treating us with dignity and genuine care. He was attentive and knowledgeable while striking the perfect balance of being both professional and personable.
On top of everything else, Mr. Griffiths went above and beyond by assisting me in locating and completing urgent medical paperwork in a timely manner. He also made my grandmother’s day by going out of his way to find and switch her to a more comfortable bed. It truly lifted her spirits and helped her get the rest she needed to continue healing.
My grandmother is one of the most precious people in my life, and knowing she was receiving such excellent care meant the world to me. Mr. Griffiths deserves to be formally recognized for the exceptional level of care and service he provides to the patients at Sky Ridge. His ability to put everyone at ease while maintaining the highest standard of care truly made a meaningful difference in our experience.
We are profoundly grateful for his dedication and for the positive impact he had on both my grandmother’s well-being and my own peace of mind during a stressful and frightening time in our lives.
