Michael had a patient that had a head bleed and the family was very concerned about his condition. He took excellent care of the patient in the department and then admitted him to the floor for further treatment. The next day, on his day off, he came up and visited the patient, sat with the family and answered their many questions and prayed with them.

This story is just one incidence of the excellent care that Michael provides for his patients. He always makes sure to keep the patients informed while they are in his care. Michael goes in before he leaves for lunch and tells his patients who will be in charge while he is gone, he also tells them all good-bye at the end of his shift.
