... If there were pictures in the Webster dictionary next to compassionate care, his picture would be posted. Michael is a kind hearted, all around nice person. He has a very calm demeanor even during stressful times. Michael is always helping patients and their significant others. The other day, he made sure an ER patient was comfortable since he was going to be waiting a while for a test to be done. He follows up with issues and communicates with the family/significant others. Many times we have patients/significant others calling asking for him because he has helped them in some way. At times he takes charge in order to help out the units. Michael always remains humble and is a great role model.
