I came in late on a weekday evening with my 6-year-old who had lodged something in their ear that we were not able to remove at home. Michael was able to connect with him immediately and calmed him down. He patiently answered all my kiddo's questions about the equipment they needed to be hooked up to and talked them through it. Michael also spoke clearly and directly with me when I had questions about the sedation they needed to do to help keep this Momma keep calm. I was so grateful for his presence during our visit.
