First of all, let me just say CT5 Goldfish have been great to me and my husband, R, all of them! However, Mr. Michael Kall has gone above and beyond. He is very patient with my husband. R cannot feed himself or do anything for himself. I feel Michael patiently and calmly encourages him to relax for his medications. He rubs his contracted hands to get them to warm up. He is compassionate, caring, and understanding. He shows genuine concern about my husband’s health! I appreciate the time he takes to answer my questions and explain things to me. I am grateful for Michael, his concern and thoughtfulness which goes beyond my husband. He knows I work and can’t get there for my visit until around 4 PM. I like to try to feed my husband, but it starts to get dark by dinner time. Michael always assures me that they will always take good care of my husband and that he wants me to be safe and leave when I need to. My entire family recognizes how good Michael is and we value nurses like him. We thank the VA for the Goldfish Team and their hard dedicated work and are especially grateful for the support from Michael. Thank you for all you do!
