Most recently Mike provided his usual excellent care to a patient admitted to hospice. The family was so impressed with his manner, compassion, concern and honesty that they returned to the facility hoping to meet and speak with him……not once, but twice! Why, because in the words of the patient’s son, “he was worth coming back to see and thank face to face.”
