Michael Kelley, RN

Oftentimes we float to be sitters on 1st or 2nd floor and we always see Michael Kelley RN working so hard and always going above and beyond for each of his patients. One particular day we saw him give so much extra time and compassion to a patient who was insistent on walking to the restroom. Mike took the time and allowed his patient to walk, very slowly, to the restroom. While encouraging him. The smile on this patient's face was priceless. This nurse never complains and always gives his all without showing any stress or frustration to those he cares for or his co-workers. He accepts every hard assignment he gets with kindness and it is extremely apparent that he absolutely makes a difference in these patients' lives.
