Mike Kelly went above and beyond to help a patient whose discharge was delayed due to an accepting facility not having a bed mattress. Mike not only worked with a family member to purchase the mattress, but he also arranged to meet the daughter at the store to pick up the bed. Together they delivered and set up the bed in the facility in preparation for the patient's scheduled discharge. Tremendous problem solving.
