He helped keep my husband stable and understood my feelings. He helped get my husband through a "close call". Michael demonstrated expertise in his field by working tirelessly to help save my husband and prepare him and care for him prior to surgery. He was patient but firm when he cared for my husband right after surgery. He answered all my questions with a smile and served all our needs. We missed him when he was off. Michael puts the patient first!
