Michael has been my nurse for the past several nights, and the level of care that he gives to all patients is outstanding. He is quiet, gentle, and courteous at every interaction I've had and seen, and is incredibly approachable. He puts a great effort into "interpersonal diplomacy" such as taking care to use a person's preferred pronouns. Michael shows a high level of respect and care, especially when the person he is speaking of is not present. Michael is knowledgeable and patient when explaining anything about the daily care routine and has answered questions I had about medications, etc. just beautifully. I am so grateful that I have been assigned to Michael's care. Thank you for all that you are and all that you do, Michael.
