When my husband came into the hospital he was treated well by all staff! However, Michael took the time to explain everything that was going on within. He was more than attentive; he made certain everything ran as smoothly as possible even when I knew he had other patients it seemed like my husband was his only concern. Sadly, he had to be rushed to the ICU due to complications but while everything was spiraling out of control, Michael was so calm. He helped my husband through it like a rock. My husband told me he felt as if he knew things would be okay because he was there. If anyone deserves recognition for excellence, it is him.
