Mike is a superhero, saint, and has an unbelievably calm and caring demeanor that is immediately evident. He took great care of our son for three days during and following the removal of the breathing tube, feeding tube, and countless machines. During that time, our son was cranky as can be, pooping a lot, starting to eat and drink. Mike never missed a beat in accommodating him however he could. Most telling was how he tracked down and arranged for my son to take a ride in the toy cart. That was his first time out of his room in over a week and meant so so much for him. We can't thank Mike enough.
