Michael is very gentle. He has a great personality. He took very good care of me, always saw that I had what I needed. There is so much more I could say, but putting it into words is hard.

It was a pleasure to meet Michael. He went out of his way to make me as comfortable as I could during my stay at St. Margaret's. His calming words and actions made me calm and relaxed.

Michael went above and beyond to make sure all my meds were taken care of. He worked so well with his student. The communication was amazing. He is patient and caring. He did everything to make my stay better. He was my nurse 2 nights in a row.
