Michael Masisado, RN III

Michael truly was my healer of the night. He made my experience comforting and eased all my nerves and pain. Not only was he attentive, but he did it with genuine joy. He was patient in everything he did and in all the guidance he gave. I am 63 years old and have owned many companies, so I know that finding talented employees helps the whole company shine – Michael is one of those people.

Last night, my bladder filled up to a dangerous level. I was uncomfortable and in pain, not being able to urinate. I was so afraid of having a catheter put in me for the first time. Michael calmed me and reassured me that everything was going to be ok. He had a sense of empathy I will never forget. He was gentle and professional. He helped my discomfort and pain go away.
